  COMMON PAYMENT CONDITION

        Bank draft or T.T. Method

           50% deposit after the order is confirmed with client's            signature on our Proforma Invoice

           The other 50% before delivery.
           Letter of credit (L/C):No deposit is required
           (L/C AMOUNT NOT LESS THAN USD 12,000)

   
  EXTRA PAYMENT CONDITION         

         Bank draft against pro-forma invoice +50% deposit          as soon as the contract is signed.

         The other 50% before delivery.
         * Prices are based on (FOB.BKK), excluding any          transportations        

        REMARK : Special Order (Beside our Standard         Size and Standard Colour) as following:       

        Special size, Special colour, Special design, AND         Special Grams with   minimun order 3,000 meters         + - 10%
        Requested Width up to 130 Centimeters and         requested Lenght up to 3,000 meters + - 10%        

        * * * If the order is less than USD 2,000 We have to         charge USD 100 for the customs document.
        Special Size : Frame and Basin Charge

  DELIVERY CONDITION

        USUALLY CONDITION : 30-60 DAYS
        UNUSUALLY CONDITION : 45-90 DAYS

        REMARK : IN CASE OF RAINY SEASON
